Thank you for patience, I apologize for not getting back to you yesterday. Along with the update we are making in April to remove the "At risk" designation for Ad-Aware 2007 we are planning a product update in the June-July timeframe which will update the install experience for Ad-Aware 2007. OneCare will continue to notify users of the possible compatibility issues however they will still be able to install OneCare without removing Ad-Aware. Please note that this change applies to the current version of Ad-Aware 2007, changes or updates to your software may cause unforeseen conflicts and affect its status. Thank you again for your feedback. I look forward to our continued work together.

Thank you for the detailed and thoughtful message. I want to assure you that we understand and respect your concerns regarding this matter. I also appreciate your taking the time to relay the results of the testing conducted on your end.
Based on the information you provided and additional investigation conducted on our end, we have concluded that an update is warranted for Windows Live OneCare that will remove the "At Risk" designation for users running the both OneCare and the current version of Ad Aware. I would like to stress that this doesn't mean that we will not notify the user of potential application compatibility issues when running both. It only means that once the update is completed, Ad Aware will no longer be rated as an "At Risk" application.
This update is currently scheduled for mid April and will affect all new and existing users running OneCare. Should there be any change in the schedule we will communicate that to you.
