With these current needs in mind, and in order to focus on future key solutions to protect your privacy, as of June 8, 2009, we will no longer offer new sales of our stand-alone anti-virus product, Lavasoft Anti-Virus Helix.

With that said, Lavasoft will continue to offer threat updates and full customer support for all Anti-Virus Helix customers throughout the duration of their licenses.

In addition, we continue to strongly recommend that all computer users secure their PCs with adequate protection – including anti-spyware, anti-virus and a firewall. Customers in need of an anti-virus defense from Lavasoft will find it through the Plus and Pro versions of Ad-Aware, which feature advanced anti-virus and anti-spyware for full protection against malware and other online threats.
